The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to subway stations. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable, with great views from the window. The staff provide helpful and friendly service. The breakfast is delicious and well-prepared. The hotel also offers facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and a gym with weights. the hotel provides a great value for the money.
Some guests have mentioned that the carpets in the rooms were not thoroughly clean.

The staff were accommodating and reliable, especially K Fai and K Kai. The room was clean and spacious with great amenities. The hotel was well-maintained with a convenient 7-11 store on-site. The pool and gym were enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence Sathorn! The 2-Bedroom Apartment I stayed in was spacious and had great facilities. The location was also great, with easy access to other attractions in the city. The in-room amenities were exactly what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok.

Good wifi, English film channels. 2 TVs, comfortable beds, great view. Powerful shower, kitchen facilities. Gorgeous breakfast, great gym. Enjoyed hot tub. Large room with different sections. 15 min walk to Tesco lotus and central plaza.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for families or groups of friends. The cleaning staff and reception staff were really good and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was great, with good restaurants nearby and a mall within walking distance. It was also away from the crowded areas, providing a peaceful atmosphere. this hotel was very good and we highly recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and quick to accommodate our requests. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet and the Thai food selection. The swimming pools and fitness center were also fantastic.
